The weather particularly at the coast can be very unpredictable and changes very rapidly contrary to weather forecasts. We do our upmost best to get you off on your alpaca adventure, looking after our animals and guests is our first priority. Due to only having limited walks we are more flexible in rearranging your time if it's going to pour the rain from 11am till 12pm for example. The walk will still go ahead in light rain, however if it's very windy or heavy persistent rain we may decide to postpone the walk for the comfort of our alpacas and walkers. We may also have to postpone your walk if it is too hot or move it to a different time when it is cooler. If we postpone your booking due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances we will offer you an alternative date or issue a refund.
