About Gainne Mor Alpacas
Gainne Mor Alpacas is owned and run by Trevor and Rita Wilson.
We began our journey with these beautiful and curious animals back in 2019 with two females. We would love to share with you our passion and enthusiasm for all things alpaca.
Primarily we farm the animals for their fleece to make clothing products but we have also developed the tourism aspect of the industry with alpaca experiences like walking and meet and greets. Our aim is to increase the quality of our fibre to produce stunning yarns and woven products.

We are located in the beautiful seaside village of Downings, Co. Donegal about 40 minutes drive from Letterkenny. Our farm is located at Magherabeg across from the Magherabeg Caravan Site and Ocean View Hotel.
